Grooming Services
Wash, Dry & Brush — from $45
A warm bath with two shampoo and conditioner washes, followed by a full dry and brush out.
Note
Not suitable for double-coated dogs.
Mini Groom — from $75
Includes everything in Wash, Dry & Brush, plus:
Nail trim, ear clean, paw pad shave, sanitary trim, and a scissor tidy around the feet and face.
Great for a quick tidy-up, or to keep a long coat tangle-free over winter.
Note
Not suitable if your dog is matted or knotted, or for double-coated breeds.
Full Groom — from $95
Includes everything in Mini Groom, plus:
A body clip and face trim in any length or style you choose, including Asian fusion or breed-standard cuts.
Note
An additional fee may apply if extra time is needed due to matting, coat condition, or your dog's behaviour.
De-shedding — from $100
Includes everything in Full Groom, plus:
A full undercoat brush-out and a deep, hydrobath wash with de-shedding shampoo and conditioner.
Note
An additional fee may apply if extra brushing time is needed.

Puppy Socialisation Groom — from $95
Includes everything in Full Groom — A gentle first groom for puppies. We take extra time so your puppy has a positive, stress-free experience.
Spa & Treatments
Pet Esthe Aromatic Spa — from $15
A relaxing aromatherapy bath using natural minerals from Japanese spa baths and the Dead Sea, to soothe your dog and condition their skin. Choose your dog's favourite scent: Chamomile, Rose, Lavender, Peppermint & Rosemary, Coconut & Vanilla, or Musk Mallow.
Paw Treatment & Spa — from $15
A soothing paw spa with natural ingredients, giving tired paws a clean, comforting treatment after a day on their feet.
Flea Bath & Capstar — from $20
A thorough flea bath with Capstar oral tablet to eliminate adult fleas. Flea shampoo always kept in stock.
Extras & Add-ons
Nail Clipping — from $20
A quick, gentle nail trim to keep your dog comfortable.
Face Trim — from $20
A neat trim and tidy around the eyes and face.
Hygiene Clip — from $20

Our Policies
A few things to know before your visit, so we can keep every appointment calm, safe, and running smoothly.

Paws in Style is located in a busy retail environment. For the safety of all dogs, we kindly ask that all dogs are kept on a leash while in the reception area during check-in and check-out. Alternatively, dogs should remain under the close control of their owner at all times.
While we take every care to maintain a safe environment, Paws in Style shall not be held liable for any incidents, injuries, loss, or damages that may occur as a result of failure to comply with this policy.

We want every dog in our care to feel safe and comfortable, so please do let us know ahead of time if your dog has any behavioural sensitivities or a tendency toward aggression — it helps us prepare and take extra care.
Should your dog become unwell or injured while with us, we may need to seek veterinary attention on their behalf, with any costs being the responsibility of the owner. We also ask owners to understand that they hold legal responsibility should their dog cause injury to our staff, other members of the public, or their pets while in our care.

For puppies, senior dogs, or dogs with medical conditions, grooming options may be adjusted following a consultation to ensure their safety and comfort. In some situations, we may recommend modifying the grooming style or decline a service if we consider it not suitable for your dog.
Additional time or charges may apply depending on your dog’s individual needs, coat condition, or the level of care required. Any adjustments will always be discussed with you prior to proceeding.

Severely matted coats may require a full short clip for your dog’s comfort. An additional $25 charge applies.
Removing severe matting may cause temporary skin sensitivity, redness, itching, small cuts, or, in rare cases, hematomas. While we always take the utmost care, we cannot accept responsibility for any after-effects caused by the condition of the coat or skin underneath.
We reserve the right to refuse grooming if we believe it is not safe or suitable to proceed.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within this period will incur a fee of 50% of the full grooming service.
No shows may result in restrictions on future service bookings. -
We completely understand that timing doesn't always go to plan — but because it can affect other appointments booked after yours, we do have a few gentle guidelines:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a full groom needs to be adjusted to a mini groom to keep things on schedule. If you'd prefer to keep the full groom and rebook, our standard cancellation policy (50% of the service price) will apply.
Arriving more than 30 minutes late will be treated as a missed appointment, with the cancellation policy applying as above. Payment must be settled before your next booking.
